At PAMALAND, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our procedures for returning or exchanging items:
- Karaoke products:
We accept exchanges within 14 days (except Bose, QSC, EV, JBL products). The exchanges are only allowed for items of greater value, you just need to pay the difference between the two products. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
- Massage Chairs:
We do not accept return for any reason, if chair are found defective, please call the store associates or call the manufacture to claim the warranty. The phone number of manufacture is located on the booklet inside the chair
For all returns and exchanges:
- Any promotional items tied to the purchases must also be returned.
- Delivery and set up fees are non-refundable.
- The item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
- Any missing parts or manuals will result in a restocking fee of 20% of item purchase price.
- Must have the original receipt with you.
- Once we receive the item and verify that it meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. In case you return without the original receipt, we will only refund as a store credit.
